Questions from L&D teams
What is the minimum team size?
Team pricing starts at 10 learners. Smaller groups can buy individual Plus or Pro plans on our pricing page, and live workshops are priced for groups of 10 to 40.
How does volume pricing work?
Team pricing is graduated: the first 100 learners are billed at the Small rate ($180 per learner per year on Plus, $280 on Pro), the next 400 at the Medium rate, and so on. Your price never jumps when your team crosses a tier boundary. The calculator above shows the full breakdown for any team size.
What's the difference between Plus and Pro for teams?
Both include every on-demand course, quizzes, badges, certificates, and progress tracking. Pro adds the AI Coach and AI Tutor, which answer learners' questions in the context of the exact lesson they're on and adapt to their role and goals.
What do team administrators get?
A team dashboard with a learner roster and course progress, bulk email invitations and shareable join links, seat management, and CSV export of completion data for your own reporting.
Can you customize live training for our organization?
Yes. Workshops can be tailored to your industry, your data, your tools, and your teams' roles. Customization is quoted on top of the baseline rates shown here.
Can we run your courses in our own LMS?
Yes. We license SCORM packages of our courses for organizations that need training to live inside their own learning platform. SCORM licensing is quoted per engagement.
Does this help with EU AI Act Article 4 AI literacy requirements?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act, as amended by the 2026 Digital Omnibus, requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to support the development of AI literacy among their staff and others using AI on their behalf. Our AI literacy courses and workshops, together with per-learner completion records, are one way organizations build and document that literacy.
