Course Structure

The course consists of five sections:

• Introduction
• Coax
• Care
• Communicate
• Conclusion

Within each section, there are subtopics that include a creative prompt for you to try out. Use your own notebook for the prompts, or download your copy of the Spark Journal in the Introduction and have it handy during each lesson.

We recommend watching all the lessons once, and then revisit a lesson when you need it. Use this graphic to help you find to the right place to jump back to:

Throughout the course, you’ll see an audio player where Alli Torban herself is reading along from the audiobook. We know that everyone learns differently, so please feel free to read or listen to those sections.
